Construction

Vanguard is currently under construction with Form Building and Developments as the head contractor. The basement structure is complete, with wall and precast panels, lift shaft all rising up from level one. The project is on track for October 2020 completion. We look forward to handing over a well-designed and quality build product to the new owners.

 
 

The Vanguard is in the final stage of completion with fitout of kitchens, bathrooms, carpeting and tiling completed in many units.  The scaffolding is down as the final external painting, glass balustrades and external landscaping to Breezeways are to be completed in October. The project completion is scheduled for early November, with hand over to new owners expected in December. There are 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments available as the final sell down commences.
